Affiliate Claims Policy

All PNP Labs products are sold strictly for laboratory research use only. They are not intended for human or animal consumption, diagnostic use, therapeutic use, bodybuilding, weight loss, or any other non-research purpose.

As a PNP Labs affiliate, you agree to the following rules in every post, video, email, advertisement, or other content that references PNP Labs or its products:

  1. Research-use-only framing. You may describe products only as laboratory research materials. You may not state or imply that any product is intended for, or has been used for, human or animal use of any kind.
  2. No outcome or health claims. You may not claim or imply that any product treats, cures, prevents, or affects any disease, condition, or body function. This includes before/after content, personal results, dosing discussions, recovery claims, muscle or fat outcomes, and testimonials describing human use.
  3. Required disclosure. Every piece of affiliate content must clearly disclose the material connection (for example, #ad or “I earn a commission from PNP Labs”) in a way that is unavoidable and easy to notice, following FTC endorsement guidelines.
  4. No paid ads on brand terms. You may not run paid advertisements bidding on PNP Labs or Practically Natty brand terms, and you may not run paid advertisements making any product claim.
  5. No medical, legal, or dosing advice. You may not provide dosing, reconstitution, injection, or administration instructions of any kind, and you may not link to content that does.
  6. Preapproval. Your first three (3) pieces of content must be approved by PNP Labs before publication. PNP Labs may require edits or removal of any content at any time.
  7. Enforcement. A single violation of this policy may result in immediate removal from the affiliate program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions. PNP Labs reserves the right to require takedown of violating content within 24 hours.
  8. Accuracy. You may only make product claims that appear verbatim on the PNP Labs website. If the site does not say it, you may not say it.

By participating in the PNP Labs affiliate program, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
