Practically Natty

Privacy Policy

Effective Date: October 5, 2026

Practically Natty LLC (“Practically Natty,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is a Florida limited liability company located at 712 W St Augustine St, Tallahassee, FL 32304. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and the choices you have when you visit practicallynatty.com, create an account, make a purchase, apply to our affiliate or Elite Leaders programs, apply for Military & First Responder pricing, or receive email or text messages from us.

By using our website, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

A. Information You Give Us

  • Name, email address, phone number, and billing and shipping addresses
  • Account details (username and password)
  • Messages you send us through our contact form or by email
  • Payment confirmation details, such as the name on a payment and the order number included with it
  • Applications to our affiliate, Elite Leaders, or Military & First Responder programs (described below)

B. Accounts and Sign in with Google

If you create an account, we keep your account details, saved addresses, order history, and your Peptide Credits balance and history. If you choose “Continue with Google,” Google sends us your name, email address, and a Google account identifier, and confirms that your email address is verified. We use these only to create your account and sign you in. We do not receive your Google password, and we do not store your Google profile photo.

C. Orders

  • Products ordered, prices, discounts, coupons, and credits applied
  • Sales tax, which we calculate from the county your order is delivered to
  • Shipping method, delivery address, and order notes
  • Payment status
  • The IP address and browser information used to place the order
  • The result of checking your shipping address with the postal service

D. Research-Use Acknowledgments

When you first visit, our site asks you to confirm that you are at least 21 and agree to research-use-only terms. Your choice is saved only in a cookie in your browser, for one month; we do not keep a record of it on our servers.

At checkout, you must check a box confirming the research-use statements and agreeing to our Terms of Service. We record with your order that you checked it, the date and time, the version of the Terms, the IP address used, and a fingerprint of the exact wording shown to you.

E. Affiliate and Elite Leaders Programs

  • Application: name, username, email address, the email address you want payouts sent to, your website, how you plan to promote us, and, for Elite Leaders, your social media accounts, marketing plan, and the reasons you are applying.
  • Agreement record: the version of the Affiliate Program Agreement and Claims Policy you accepted, when, how, and the IP address used.
  • Referral tracking: when someone visits through an affiliate’s link, we store a cookie in their browser for 30 days and record the visit: the visitor’s IP address, the page they landed on, and the page that referred them. We also record which orders and coupon codes are credited to which affiliate.
  • Commissions and payouts: commission records, payout history, and payout details.
  • Tax forms: a Form W-9 before your first payout. W-9s are stored encrypted, outside the public website, and only our administrators can open them.
  • Content review: posts, links, and captions you submit for review, and our review notes.

F. Technical, Usage, and Analytics Information

  • IP address, browser type, and device type
  • Pages visited, products viewed, and the site or link that brought you to us, including campaign codes in the link (UTM parameters)
  • For orders: the source of your visit, your landing page, and how many pages you viewed in that visit
  • On the affiliate dashboard: pages viewed, links clicked, time on page, scroll depth, screen size, time zone, and approximate location derived from your IP address
  • Cookies and similar technologies (see Section 6)

G. Military & First Responder Pricing

If you apply, we collect your name, your service category, and details such as branch and separation year or agency, state, and title. You verify eligibility either with a code sent to your work email address or by uploading a document such as a DD-214, VA card or letter, leave and earnings statement, orders, agency ID or letter, or pay stub. Uploaded documents are stored encrypted, outside the public website, viewable only by our administrators, and deleted 30 days after we decide on your application. We keep the decision.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Operating the website and your account
  • Processing, fulfilling, and delivering orders, including checking addresses, sending order confirmations and payment instructions, and sending shipping and tracking updates
  • Calculating and reporting sales tax
  • Responding to your questions and requests
  • Running our affiliate and Elite Leaders programs: tracking referrals, calculating and paying commissions, reviewing content, and meeting tax reporting duties
  • Checking eligibility for Military & First Responder pricing
  • Sending marketing email and, if you have opted in, marketing text messages (Section 5)
  • Understanding how visitors find and use our website
  • Keeping records of the agreements you accept
  • Enforcing our Terms of Service and research-use terms, and preventing fraud and misuse
  • Complying with legal, tax, and regulatory obligations

3. Payments

We do not accept card payments on this site and do not use a card payment processor. Payment instructions are provided at checkout and with your order confirmation. When you pay, we receive confirmation details from the payment, such as the name on it, the amount, and the order number you include, and we use them only to match your payment to your order. Practically Natty LLC does not collect or store payment card numbers or bank account credentials.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it with advertising networks.

A. Service Providers

We share information with companies that run parts of our business for us. They receive only what they need to provide their service:

  • Hostinger hosts our website and its database.
  • Cloudflare delivers our website and protects it from attacks; all visits pass through Cloudflare.
  • Google stores our website backups (Google Drive), provides the inbox that receives contact-form messages (Gmail), and provides Sign in with Google if you use it.
  • Resend delivers the emails our website sends, including order, payment, shipping, account, and marketing emails.
  • Omnisend is our email and text-message marketing platform (Section 5).
  • Shippo checks shipping addresses at checkout, creates shipping labels, and provides tracking. It receives your name, address, phone number, email address, and package details, and passes what is needed to the carrier.
  • Shipping carriers, such as the U.S. Postal Service, deliver your order.
  • Automattic (Jetpack and WordPress.com) provides our site statistics and login security. It receives page views and the IP addresses of login attempts.
  • Railway hosts the analytics service used on our affiliate dashboard (Section 1F).

B. Affiliates

If you arrive through an affiliate’s link or use an affiliate’s coupon code, that affiliate can see the following about your order: the order date, your state, the products, the order amount, and their commission and its status. Affiliates do not see your name, email address, phone number, street address, or city.

C. Legal Compliance and Business Transfers

We may disclose information when required by law, subpoena, court order, or government request, including to tax authorities, or in connection with a sale, merger, or transfer of our business.

D. Fraud and Security

We may share information to detect, investigate, or prevent fraud, unauthorized transactions, or security threats, and to protect our rights and the rights of others.

5. Email, Text Messages, and Marketing

A. Order and Account Emails

We send emails you need: order confirmations, payment instructions, shipping and tracking updates, account messages, and, for affiliates, program messages. These are not marketing and continue even if you unsubscribe from marketing.

B. Marketing Emails

We send marketing emails about new products, restocks, offers, and program news to our customers and affiliates, because of our existing relationship with you, and to anyone who signs up to receive them. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link and our postal address. You can unsubscribe at any time, and we will stop sending you marketing emails. Any marketing email box at checkout is optional and never required to place an order.

C. Omnisend

We use Omnisend, an email and text-message marketing platform, to send and measure our marketing. We share with Omnisend your name, email address, phone number, and address; your orders and shopping carts; and the products you view on our website, which an Omnisend script and cookie on our pages record. If you check an Omnisend email or text-message box at checkout, your choice and its date are sent to Omnisend. Omnisend processes this information for us.

D. Text Messages

We send marketing text messages only to people who have given their express written consent, for example by checking the text-message box at checkout. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Messages are recurring and may be sent by automated means; message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time, or HELP for help. We do not text anyone who has not opted in, and we do not share phone numbers or text-message consent with anyone for their own marketing.

6. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies, such as browser storage, for:

  • Site functions: your cart, checkout, and account login
  • The research-use notice: remembering that you acknowledged it, for one month
  • Affiliate referrals: crediting an affiliate whose link you used, for 30 days
  • Visit source: remembering how you arrived at our site, for 30 days, and during your visit for order records
  • Analytics: site statistics (Automattic), and, on the affiliate dashboard, a random visitor identifier kept in your browser
  • Marketing: the Omnisend script, which recognizes returning visitors and records products viewed
  • Sign in with Google: Google may set its own cookies when you use the Google button

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but the cart, checkout, account, and research-use notice may not work without them. Our site statistics tool does not count visitors whose browser sends a “Do Not Track” signal; our other tools do not respond to that signal.

7. Data Retention

  • Orders and their records, including checkout acknowledgments, are kept as long as we need them for tax, accounting, and legal purposes.
  • Accounts are kept until you ask us to delete yours, except for records we must keep.
  • Affiliate records are kept while you take part in the program and afterward as needed for payments, tax, and legal purposes. W-9 forms are kept for four years.
  • Military & First Responder documents are deleted 30 days after a decision on the application.
  • Affiliate dashboard analytics are kept for up to 180 days.
  • Website backups are kept for a limited period and replaced on a rolling basis.
  • Cookies last for the periods listed in Section 6.

When we no longer need information, we delete or anonymize it.

8. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections to our website, limited access to customer records, and encrypted storage of uploaded identity and tax documents outside the public website. No method of transmitting or storing information is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your Choices and Rights

  • Access, correction, and deletion: email us to ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. We will verify your identity before acting. We may keep information we are required to keep, such as order and tax records.
  • Account details: you can update your details in My Account.
  • Marketing emails: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or email us.
  • Text messages: reply STOP to any marketing text.
  • Sign in with Google: you can remove our access in your Google Account settings.
  • Cookies: use your browser settings (Section 6).

Depending on your state of residence, you may have additional rights under state law. We do not sell personal information. We will respond to requests within a reasonable time and within any period the law requires.

10. Age Requirement

This website is only for people who are at least 21 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 21. If we learn that we have, we will delete it.

11. Third-Party Links

Our website may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices or content.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may change this Privacy Policy. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our website after changes are posted means you accept the revised policy.

13. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy and any dispute arising from it are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
