We keep a record of it with your order: the date and time, the version of these Terms, the IP address used, and a fingerprint of the exact wording shown to you.
By checking that box, creating an account, or completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms, that you will comply fully with all applicable laws, and that you accept full responsibility for the lawful research handling of all materials.
5. Compliance and Prohibited Conduct

- Placing an order is a legally binding agreement to pay for it in full.
- We do not accept card payments on this site. Payment instructions are provided at checkout and with your order confirmation. Practically Natty LLC does not collect or store payment card numbers.
- We may refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion, including when payment cannot be verified or fraud is suspected.
- We may suspend accounts associated with fraudulent activity and pursue unpaid balances through lawful means.
8. Shipping and Delivery
- We ship only within the United States, and only to locations where research compounds may lawfully be shipped.
- Lost, stalled, or missing shipments are handled under our Lost & Missing Shipments Policy.
- We are not liable for customs holds, seizures, or import rejections.

9. Returns and Refunds
- All sales are final except as stated in our Return & Refund Policy.
- Damaged or incorrect orders and returns of unopened items are handled as described in that policy, and claims must be made within the time limits it sets.
- We may ask for photographs before issuing a replacement or refund.
10. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, text, graphics, logos, and design elements are the exclusive property of Practically Natty LLC. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited.
