Our products and research use

Who is Practically Natty?

Practically Natty LLC supplies research compounds for laboratory research use only, shipped from Longwood, Florida.

What are your products intended for?

Strictly laboratory research use. Our products are not for human or animal consumption or use. They are not intended for use as drugs, foods, dietary supplements, cosmetics or medical devices, and they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate or prevent any disease or condition.

Are your products approved by the FDA?

No. Our products are sold only as research materials and are not approved by the FDA to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition.

Who can buy from Practically Natty?

You must be at least 21 years old and either a qualified laboratory researcher or purchasing on behalf of a research institution, laboratory or research entity. You confirm your eligibility when you enter the site, and you confirm the research-use acknowledgement again at checkout. We may ask you to verify your eligibility at any time.

Do you give dosing, usage or medical advice?

No. We do not provide medical advice, dosing guidance or instructions for human or animal use, and our team cannot answer questions of that kind. Our products are not for human or animal use.

What form do your products come in?

Most products are supplied as lyophilised (freeze-dried) powder in a sealed, labelled vial. A few are liquids. Most product pages say what you receive.

How should research materials be stored?

Most product pages give the storage condition: store the sealed vial refrigerated and protected from light. If a product page gives different instructions, follow those.

Testing and the COA Library

Do you provide Certificates of Analysis (COAs)?

Yes. Our COA Library publishes certificates of analysis from independent laboratory testing: identity, chromatographic purity, and the milligrams found in the vial against the label claim, with the laboratory named. Not every product has a published certificate.

Are all of your products third-party tested?

No. Only some products have a published certificate, and a certificate covers only the strength and sample it names. A product with a published certificate shows a Certificate of Analysis panel on its product page; where no panel is shown, no certificate has been published for it.

How do I find the certificate for a product?

Open the COA Library and search by product name or lab number. A product with a published certificate also shows a Certificate of Analysis panel on its product page.

What do “purity” and “of label” mean on a certificate?

Purity is the chromatographic purity the laboratory measured: how much of what it detected is the compound itself. Of label compares the milligrams the laboratory found in the vial with the amount on the label; for a blend we show the lowest component. No result, value or date is altered; the signature block, the laboratory’s internal chain-of-custody reference and the sample photograph are removed before publication. The library lists certificates by purity, highest first.

Ordering and payment

How do I place an order?

Add products to your cart and check out. You can order as a guest or create an account. At checkout you confirm the research-use acknowledgement and choose Pay after checkout.

How do I pay?

Payment instructions are sent with your order confirmation. Include your order number in the payment note. We process your order after payment is confirmed.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order has shipped it cannot be changed, and our Returns & Refund Policy applies.

How do sales and discount codes work?

Sale pricing is applied automatically in your cart, and you enter any code in your cart or at checkout. Some offers cannot be combined with a code or with each other; your cart shows what has been applied before you pay.

Do you offer pricing for military and first responders?

Verified military members (veterans, active duty, National Guard and Reserve, and retired military) and first responders (law enforcement, firefighters, EMTs and paramedics, and 911 dispatchers) receive member pricing.

To apply, sign in or create an account on our Military & First Responder Pricing page. Applying takes about two minutes and one document, and we verify applications, usually within 1–2 business days. Once you are verified, member pricing is applied automatically to your account — no code needed.

Do you offer multi-pack pricing?

Some products offer 3-pack options on their product page, and a few also a 5-pack, priced below buying the same vials one at a time.

Can I order larger quantities?

For larger quantities, contact us with the products and amounts you need and we will tell you what is available.

Returns, refunds and problems with an order

What is your return and refund policy?

All sales are final except as stated in our Returns & Refund Policy. If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Unopened items in their original sealed packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund, minus shipping; contact us before sending anything back. Opened or used vials cannot be returned, for safety and quality-control reasons. Approved refunds go to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

My order arrived damaged, or it is the wrong item. What do I do?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will replace the item or refund the purchase price — your choice.

My tracking has not moved, or it says delivered but I do not have it.

If tracking shows no movement for 7 days, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier. If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will reship your order at no cost or refund you in full — your choice. If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive it, tell us within 48 hours. Please double-check your address at checkout: we are not responsible for packages lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address. See our Lost & Missing Shipments Policy.
