Practically Natty

Affiliate Program Agreement

Effective Date: October 5, 2026 · Version 2026-10-05.2

This Affiliate Program Agreement (“Agreement”) is between Practically Natty LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“Practically Natty,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), and you, the person applying to or taking part in our affiliate program (“you”).

1. Accepting This Agreement

You accept this Agreement by checking the agreement box on the affiliate registration form, or by confirming it in your affiliate dashboard. We record the version you accepted, the date and time, and the IP address used. Each version of this Agreement is dated; the version shown above is the one in effect. If you do not agree, do not apply.

2. Eligibility and Approval

  • You must be at least 21 years old and live in the United States.
  • One account per person. You may not open more than one account, share an account, or apply under another person’s name.
  • Every application is reviewed by hand. We approve or decline applications at our sole discretion and do not have to give a reason.
  • We may suspend or close any account at any time.
  • Your account is personal to you and may not be sold or transferred.

3. Independent Contractor

You are an independent contractor. This Agreement does not make you our employee, partner, joint venturer, agent, or franchisee, and you receive no employee benefits. You may not make promises, sign anything, or take on any obligation for us, or present yourself as speaking for us. You pay your own costs.

4. Commission and Payouts

  • Standard rate: 13% of each Qualifying Sale.
  • Elite tiers: 15%, 16%, or 18%, by application. Elite status is reviewed and granted, kept, or removed at our discretion, and applies only to your own Qualifying Sales.
  • Qualifying Sale: an order that (a) is placed by a real customer through your referral link or your coupon code and is tracked to you under our tracking rules; (b) is paid in full; and (c) is completed, not cancelled, refunded, charged back, or fraudulent. If tracking records conflict, our records decide.
  • How it is calculated: on the price of the products in the order after all discounts, coupons, and credits are applied. Sales tax and shipping are not included.
  • No commission on your own orders, orders for you, or orders placed by or for members of your household, including orders using your own coupon code.
  • Reversals: if an order is refunded, cancelled, charged back, or found to be fraudulent after commission was credited or paid, the commission is reversed and recorded as a negative adjustment against your future commissions.
  • Hold: commission becomes payable 14 days after the order is completed.
  • Minimum: payouts are made once your payable balance is at least $50. A smaller balance carries forward.
  • Payouts are sent manually, to the payment details on file in your dashboard, on a schedule we set. We may hold a payout while we review an order, your tax form, or a possible violation of this Agreement.
  • Rate changes: we may change rates, tiers, or payout terms by giving notice by email or in your dashboard. A change applies only to sales made after its effective date and never reduces commission already earned.
  • Any other benefits shown in your dashboard are governed by the terms shown there and may be changed or ended at any time.

5. Single-Level Program: No Recruiting Pay

You earn commission only on sales to customers you refer. There is no pay of any kind for recruiting, sponsoring, or signing up other affiliates, and no team, override, or downline commission on anyone else’s sales. You may not describe the program as a team, a business opportunity, or a way to earn from other people’s sales. No purchase is required to join or to stay in the program.

6. Content Review

  • Your first three pieces of content that mention us must be submitted in your affiliate dashboard and approved by us before you publish them.
  • After that, we may review any of your content at any time and require edits or removal.
  • When we ask you to edit or take down content, you must do so within 24 hours.
  • Our approval does not make us responsible for your content or excuse you from this Agreement or the law.

7. Disclosing That You Are Paid

Every post, video, email, or message that mentions or links to us must clearly disclose that you earn a commission, as the FTC’s Endorsement Guides require. Use “#ad” or “I earn a commission from Practically Natty,” placed near the start, before any link, not buried in hashtags or only on your profile. In video or audio, say it as well as show it.

8. The Claims Policy and What You May Say

Our Affiliate Claims Policy is part of this Agreement. Where the two differ, the stricter rule applies. In short:

  • Describe our products only as laboratory research materials, sold for research use only.
  • Make no health, outcome, dosing, or administration claims, and give no instructions for preparing or using any product.
  • No before-and-after content, and no testimonials, stories, or results about use in people or animals.
  • Make no product claim that does not appear word for word on our website.

9. Prohibited Promotion Methods

You may not:

  • Send spam or unsolicited email, or send texts or make calls to anyone who has not given you their consent, including autodialed or prerecorded ones. You must follow the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, the Florida Telephone Solicitation Act, and the CAN-SPAM Act.
  • Bid on “Practically Natty,” “PNP,” or any of our brand names or misspellings in paid search or paid social ads.
  • Run any paid ad that makes a claim about a product.
  • List our coupon codes or offers on coupon, deal, or cashback sites without our written approval.
  • Use cookie stuffing, hidden or forced clicks, or any method that sets a referral cookie without a real click by a real person.
  • Post in communities, forums, groups, or subreddits whose rules do not allow promotion.
  • Pose as us or as a customer, create fake accounts or reviews, or misrepresent your relationship with us.
  • Direct content at people under 21, or post where you know or should know the audience is mostly under 21.
  • Use any method that is false, misleading, or unlawful.

10. No Income or Earnings Claims

You may not make any statement about how much money anyone earns or could earn from the program, including your own earnings, screenshots of commissions or payouts, or statements that the program can replace or add to someone’s income.

11. Our Name and Materials

We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our name, logo, and the materials we approve in your affiliate dashboard, only to promote us under this Agreement. You may not alter them, make your own versions of our logo or product images, or register any domain name or social media handle that uses our names. We may withdraw any material or end this license at any time, and it ends with this Agreement.

12. Customer Information

  • You may not collect customer information on our behalf, ask customers for their order details, or build forms or pages that look like ours.
  • For each order referred to you, your dashboard shows only the order date, the customer’s state, the products, the order amount, your commission, and its status. It does not show customer names, contact details, or cities.
  • You may use that information only to check your commissions. You must keep it confidential and must not try to identify any customer from it.
  • How we handle your own information is described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Taxes

You must provide a completed IRS Form W-9 in your affiliate dashboard before we send any payout. We hold payouts until a valid W-9 is on file. You are responsible for all taxes on what you earn. We issue Form 1099 where the law requires it and may withhold tax where the law requires it.

14. Ending This Agreement

  • Either of us may end this Agreement at any time, for any reason, by notice by email or through the affiliate dashboard.
  • When it ends, you must stop promoting us, remove your links and content that use our name, and stop using our materials.
  • If it ends for a reason other than a violation, commission on Qualifying Sales made before the end date is paid under Section 4, except that the $50 minimum does not apply to your final payout.
  • If we end it because you violated this Agreement or the Claims Policy, all unpaid commission is forfeited. Any commission earned through a violation is forfeited even if already paid, and we may reverse it.

15. Changes to This Agreement

We may change this Agreement. We will post the new version here with a new effective date and version, and tell you by email or in your affiliate dashboard. We may ask you to confirm the new version in your dashboard. If you keep taking part in the program after the effective date, you accept the new version. If you do not agree, you may end this Agreement under Section 14. Changes to commission are never retroactive (Section 4).

16. Disclaimers, Liability, and Indemnity

  • The program, our website, and our tracking are provided “as is.” We do not promise any level of sales or commission, or that tracking will be uninterrupted or error-free.
  • To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or lost profits, and our total liability to you is limited to the commission paid or payable to you in the 12 months before the claim.
  • You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Practically Natty LLC and its members, managers, and employees from any claim, loss, fine, or cost (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from your content, your promotion methods, your breach of this Agreement or the Claims Policy, or your violation of any law.

17. Governing Law and Courts

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from or relating to this Agreement or the program will be resolved only in the state or federal courts located in the State of Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

18. Entire Agreement

This Agreement and the Affiliate Claims Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the affiliate program and replace any earlier program descriptions or guidelines. Our website Terms of Service and Privacy Policy also apply when you use our website. If any part cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign this Agreement; we may assign it to a successor to our business.
