Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will replace the item or refund the purchase price, your choice.

Unopened items

Unopened items in original sealed packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund, minus shipping. Contact us before sending anything back so we can issue return instructions.

Opened or used vials cannot be returned for safety and quality-control reasons.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of approval.
